But I know there are people out there who are struggling with mental illness, scared to get help, or have just begun to get help for their mental illness. . . I know how scary those first appointments and hospitalizations can be. I know the fear of. . . what if they can’t help me. . . What if they think I’m crazy. . . what if they don’t believe me. . .
